La persona selezionata per il ruolo di Presales / Solution Manager area HR/HCM promuoverà la nostra soluzione HR sul mercato italiano interfacciandosi con il Managing Director di Talentia Software Italia.

Principali responsabilità del ruolo:

  • Demo presso i clienti del software Talentia HR/HCM (performance, talent, recruitment e training/e-learning)
  • Demo e supporto alla vendita ai Business Partner (Affiliate, Reseller, Integrator)
  • Aggiornamento del paramentraggio delle demo
  • Confronto con i Sales Manager per organizzare la strategia sulla singola trattativa e per lo sviluppo commerciale
  • Confronto con il Product Manager Talentia HR/HCM per la definizione della road map di prodotto
  • Confronto con il marketing team per il lancio di comunicati, per il sito e le brochure
  • Partecipazione a eventi di settore

Il candidato ideale ha conseguito una laurea a indirizzo economico e conosce bene l’inglese (la conoscenza del francese è un plus).

Job Description

La persona selezionata per il ruolo di Sales Manager area HR/HCM promuoverà la soluzione Talentia HR sul mercato italiano delle aziende medio-grandi, sviluppando le potenzialità del prodotto anche su nuovi mercati e nel parco clienti.
Pipeline, forecast e strategia commerciale dovranno essere condivise con il Managing Director di Talentia Software Italia.

Principali responsabilità del ruolo:

  • Individuazione di nuovi lead/progetti HCM grazie alla propria rete di contatti, ai contatti generati da partecipazioni a eventi e da campagne marketing
  • Qualifica progetto e supporto al presales
  • Progettazione delle offerte commerciali (RFP) in collaborazione con la Direzione PSO (Professional Service Office o con il Partner) e gestione della relazione commerciale con il prospect e con il cliente
  • Confronto con il Product Manager Talentia HCM per la definizione della road map di prodotto
  • Confronto e condivisione con il marketing team per il lancio di comunicati, per il sito, per il materiale commerciale
  • Partecipazione a eventi di settore
  • Collaborazione con le Direzioni Sales delle altre società del gruppo Talentia e con la Direzione GPC (Global Partner Channel)

Finalità del ruolo:

  • Raggiungere l’obiettivo di vendita per Licenze e Servizi SaaS di soluzioni HR sul mercato italiano
  • Sviluppare una rete di integratori in grado di implementare le soluzioni HR Talentia

  • Automation: conoscenza di linguaggi Powershell, Phyton e Bash
  • Networking: conoscenza e capacità di configurazione di reti (vlan, router, firewall, dns)

Job Description

Work closely with product managers to define strategies for technical solutions and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies. Work closely with analysts and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. Works under minimal supervision on projects requiring innovative and effective solutions.

Responsibilities
